Common questions

A bank won't connect. Open Settings › Linked accounts and try again. Bank connections are provided by Plaid; some banks ask you to approve access in their own app or website.

My paycheck or a transfer is missing. MeQueda updates your banks automatically when you open the app. Pull down on the Dashboard to refresh now.

Delete my account. In the app go to Settings › Data & privacy › Delete my account. This disconnects your banks and erases your data.

Export my data. Settings › Help & privacy › Export your data.
